AI, at a pace
that works for
your organisation
Laksa Shift helps Singapore businesses build genuine AI capability โ through collaborative planning, practical training, and hands-on workflow testing.
Three ways to move forward
Choose the engagement format that fits your organisation's current needs, readiness, and timeline.
AI Adoption Planning Workshop
A collaborative, half-day-per-week series over three weeks. Leadership and operational teams work through opportunity identification, resource assessment, timeline planning, and risk considerations together.
- Cross-departmental alignment exercises
- Consolidated adoption plan deliverable
- Stakeholder alignment summary
Cross-Functional AI Literacy Programme
Designed for every corner of your organisation โ admin, creative, operational, and managerial staff alike. Short focused sessions over six weeks build practical intuition and informed judgement around AI tools.
- No prior technical background needed
- Self-paced exploration activities
- Personal learning summary for each participant
AI Workflow Prototyping and Validation
Select two to three high-potential use cases, then rapidly prototype, test, measure, and iterate. You get tangible evidence about each use case before committing to larger investment.
- Validated prototypes with user feedback reports
- Performance measurements and iteration cycles
- Clear next-step recommendations
Not sure which path fits your situation?
We're happy to have a no-obligation conversation about where your organisation stands and what might be a thoughtful next step.
Thoughtful by design
Context-first approach
Every engagement begins by understanding your organisation's specific situation, rather than applying a predetermined methodology.
Built for mixed audiences
Our programmes are designed to work for people at all levels of technical familiarity, not just IT staff or senior management.
Responsible usage focus
We build in ethical considerations and data responsibility from the start, not as an afterthought.
Evidence before investment
Our prototyping track helps you gather real-world validation before committing to full-scale AI deployment.
Collaborative delivery
We work alongside your teams rather than presenting to them, building internal capability that persists after the engagement ends.
Singapore-rooted
We understand the local regulatory environment, workforce considerations, and business culture of operating in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Things people often ask
Do we need technical staff to participate in these programmes?
Not at all. Our programmes are specifically designed for mixed groups that include staff without technical backgrounds. The AI Literacy Programme in particular avoids unnecessary technical depth and focuses on practical understanding that everyone can use day-to-day.
How long before we see tangible outputs?
The Adoption Planning Workshop delivers a consolidated plan within three weeks. The Prototyping engagement produces validated prototypes within ten to twelve weeks. The Literacy Programme focuses on building capability over six weeks, so outcomes manifest gradually as participants apply what they've learned.
Can multiple engagements be combined or run in parallel?
Yes. Many organisations choose to run the Literacy Programme alongside the Planning Workshop, so that general AI understanding develops in parallel with strategic planning. We'll discuss what makes sense given your capacity and goals during our initial conversation.
What size of organisation do you typically work with?
We work comfortably with organisations from around 20 to a few hundred staff. The workshop and prototyping formats are particularly well-suited to SMEs that want structured support without the overhead of large consulting arrangements.
What industries do you have experience with in Singapore?
Our work has spanned professional services, logistics, financial services, education, and hospitality sectors. The frameworks we use are designed to adapt to different operational contexts rather than prescribe industry-specific solutions.
What happens after the engagement ends?
Each engagement is designed to leave your team with the understanding and documentation needed to continue independently. We also offer light-touch follow-up check-ins and can discuss longer-term arrangements if ongoing support would be valuable.
